                                             Cafazzini Return policy

Within 14 Days

It’s important that returned items are in the best possible condition, so please take reasonable care of them.

Opened foodstuff will not be refunded, if you are not sure about the product you have purchased please contact us.

Under the Distance Selling Regulations, if you buy online or by phone, your consumer rights entitle you to a full refund if you request one in writing within 14 working days from receiving the goods, this includes any delivery charge.

Within 30 days

It’s important that returned items are in the best possible condition, so please take reasonable care of them.

Opened goods by you (customer) will not be refunded unless are found faulty:

1) To consider a purchased good as faulty, Cafazzini Team will require to inspect the goods; therefore you (customer) need to send the goods back to Cafazzini.

2) If Cafazzini Team, after inspecting the returned goods, finds them faulty, the exchange will be granted.

3) If the goods are not found faulty after inspection, Cafazzini will send the goods back to you (customer).

After 30 days

After 30 working days from receipt of your purchased product/s, you (customer) need to contact the brand manufacturer for reporting any damage or fault. The decision on how to deal with each claim will rest on the manufacturer representative.

You  (customer) may be required to pay the delivery charges for sending the faulty or damaged goods to the manufacturer.

Missing, incomplete or damaged orders

If your order has not arrived, or arrives incomplete, first of all please view your order by the tracking number, if provided. If you do not have a tracking number, please email our Customer Services team, or call us on 0207 100 5173 between 9am to 5pm Monday – Friday.

If your order has been dispatched but has not arrived within the expected time period, please email our Customer Services team, or call us on 0207 100 5173 between 9am to 5pm Monday – Friday.
If you (customer) have not received the entire order as detailed in the order confirmation email sent to you, please email our Customer Services team, or call us on 0207 100 5173 between 9am to 5pm Monday – Friday.
If you (customer) ordered more than one item, please bear in mind that products might arrive separately.
